Governance
The affairs of the NCASI Foundation are overseen by the Board of Directors. The Board consists of four appointed positions as dictated by the Bylaws, and up to seven elected Board Members.
Day-to-day operations are run by Susan McCord, Director and Corporate Secretary of the NCASI Foundation.
