Dirk Krouskop

Dirk Krouskop joined NCASI in 2014 as its President. Dirk began his career in the forest products industry as an entry-level environmental engineer in 1979 with the Mead Corporation. He continued working for Mead (and later MeadWestVaco (MWV)) for the next 35 years in a variety of manufacturing and corporate technical and leadership roles. At the time he left MWV to join NCASI, Dirk had served in the role of Vice-President, Safety, Health and Environment for 8 years. Throughout his career Dirk has served in a variety of Committee and Board level leadership positions both in and outside the forest products industry. These organizations include American Forest and Paper Association, Virginia Manufacturers Association, the National Association of Environmental Managers and, of course, NCASI who Dirk has had the great pleasure of serving throughout his 40-year career in the forest product industry.
